Front End Developer

We are looking for a Front End Developer to join a team in Las Vegas, Nevada and build reliable, high-quality browser-based experiences. This role focuses on modern JavaScript development, front-end implementation, and precise client-side data handling to support analytics and tracking needs. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with sharp troubleshooting skills and can turn loosely defined business requests into clear technical solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Build and enhance front-end features using JavaScript, React.js, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks to deliver responsive user experiences.
• Investigate browser behavior and client-side issues by using developer tools and network inspection utilities to identify request, pixel, and beacon problems.
• Review, organize, and maintain client-side data structures to ensure accurate capture of e-commerce and user-state information.
• Configure and support tag management solutions such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium, or Adobe Launch for tracking and analytics implementations.
• Diagnose data collection issues by tracing race conditions, script execution timing, and load-order conflicts across web applications.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to convert broad tracking objectives into actionable technical specifications.
• Validate analytics implementations with a careful, detail-oriented approach to confirm data quality, completeness, and consistency.
• Contribute to front-end best practices that improve maintainability, performance, and reliability across digital experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Strong command of modern JavaScript, including asynchronous programming, closures, and DOM manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, HTML, CSS, and contemporary front-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with browser debugging tools and network monitoring applications such as Charles Proxy.
• Experience working with client-side data layers and structured web analytics data.
• Working knowledge of tag management platforms, including tools such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium, or Adobe Launch.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues methodically and communicate requirements clearly across teams.
