Travel: Approximately 20% travel as needed

Overview
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to support digital transformation and workflow optimization initiatives within a highly regulated environment. This role will focus on modernizing quality and compliance systems through advanced SharePoint development, workflow automation, custom application development, and business intelligence solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business process improvement skills and can partner effectively with quality, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced SharePoint solutions, including custom sites, workflows, forms, and SPFx components
- Develop and enhance workflow automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, and Microsoft 365 technologies
- Analyze existing business processes and redesign workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and strengthen compliance
- Build dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI and Tableau
- Create user-friendly internal applications following UX/UI best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Support data-driven decision making through reporting, analytics, and root cause analysis
- Develop documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials
- Lead user onboarding, training, and change management activities
- Ensure digital solutions align with regulatory, quality, and operational requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across quality and operational functions
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development, administration, or related business systems roles
- Strong expertise with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), custom workflows, forms, and site development
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and JSON customizations
- Hands-on experience developing automation solutions using Python and Power Platform technologies
- Proficiency with Power BI, including data visualization, data modeling, and reporting
- Experience developing dashboards and analytics solutions in Tableau
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, macros, and dashboard creation
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, Planner, Forms, Lists, OneDrive, Outlook, and Copilot
- Familiarity with SQL and data modeling concepts
- Experience with process mapping, workflow optimization, and documentation development
- Strong stakeholder communication and requirements gathering skills
- Experience supporting change management and end-user training initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within aerospace, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries
- Experience supporting quality management, compliance, or operational excellence programs
- Knowledge of AI-enabled workflows and prompt engineering concepts
- Project management experience leading cross-functional digital initiatives
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale digital transformation efforts
