Lead .Net Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Developer to join our team in a key technical leadership role. This position is ideal for a hands-on full-stack development leader with deep expertise in the Microsoft technology stack and a passion for building scalable, modern software solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of .NET/C# development experience and 3+ years of experience serving as a software architect, technical lead, or similar leadership role. You will play a critical role in shaping technical strategy, leading development efforts, and delivering high-quality applications across both frontend and backend environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications using .NET technologies
• Drive end-to-end system architecture and technical solution design
• Provide hands-on development support across frontend UI and backend services
• Lead and mentor developers, promoting coding standards, best practices, and technical excellence
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, designers, and end users to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Own technical direction for software projects, including architecture, framework selection, and development standards
• Build and maintain modern web applications using Blazor, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core
• Design and optimize SQL databases, queries, and stored procedures
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement efforts
• Ensure applications are secure, maintainable, and aligned with business goals

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with .NET and C# development
• 3+ years in a technical lead or lead developer role
• Strong experience with the full Microsoft development stack
• Proven expertise in:
• Blazor
• ASP.NET Core
• Entity Framework Core
• SQL / SQL Server
• Full-stack development experience spanning both UI and backend development
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development
• Experience leading development teams and owning technical project direction
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
