About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Avature Functional Consultant to join our team and support recruitment system enhancements and BAU operations.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Hands-on experience with Avature Recruitment System (or similar ATS platforms)
Proven configuration experience in Avature, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Oracle
Strong functional / techno-functional expertise in Recruitment & Onboarding modules (Avature preferred)
Deep understanding of recruitment and HR business processes
Configure, test, and implement system changes and process improvements that
Provide Avature BAU support, including issue investigation and troubleshooting
Implement new Avature features and enhancements
Drive support and regression testing
Strong business analysis skills (requirements gathering, process mapping)
Excellent stakeholder management, working closely with IT vendors and internal teams.
