TITLE: Azure IT Support Specialist

Location: Des Moines, Iowa — 100% onsite

Compensation: Up to $65K plus overtime and benefits

Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder. No H1B, F1, or OPT.

We are seeking a customer-focused Azure IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on and remote technical support in a fast-paced environment. This is a direct-hire permanent opportunity with strong benefits, overtime potential, and the chance to deliver high-touch, white-glove support to end users and executives.

What You’ll Do

Provide end-user support for hardware, software, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and connectivity issues across Windows and macOS environments

Troubleshoot issues involving Azure, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, account access, malware, networking, and desktop support

Respond to and resolve service desk requests through ticketing tools, email, and phone within established SLAs

Deliver remote and onsite support while providing excellent communication, timely updates, and high-quality customer service

Administer user accounts in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365, including onboarding, offboarding, password resets, permissions, and drive mappings

Support collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Webex, and VOIP systems

Assist with endpoint security and compliance, including encryption, antivirus, patching, backup, EDR, and device management

Configure, deploy, and support laptops, mobile devices, and business software

Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Escalate complex issues as needed and assist with IT projects and user training

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of professional IT support experience

Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments

Hands-on experience with Azure cloud support and Microsoft Intune

Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, and basic networking

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently

Experience delivering white-glove/VIP support, including executive support

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
