ERP/CRM Developer

We are looking for an ERP/CRM Developer to join a team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on a contract-to-permanent basis. This position is suited for a technically strong individual who can support and enhance enterprise collaboration and service management platforms while partnering with both technical and business stakeholders. The role focuses on platform administration, solution development, automation, and systems integration to improve operational effectiveness and user experience.

Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management environments to support day-to-day business operations.
• Configure the Atlassian ecosystem in alignment with governance standards, platform policies, and established best practices.
• Build and support custom functionality, system enhancements, and integrated solutions using platform APIs and related development tools.
• Create scripts and technical solutions using languages such as Python or JavaScript to extend platform capabilities.
• Design automated workflows and streamline business processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and service delivery.
• Manage user access, role assignments, permission structures, security settings, project setup, and workflow configuration across the platform.
• Connect Atlassian applications with other enterprise systems through APIs, webhooks, and middleware-based integrations.
• Investigate technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver effective resolutions for platform and integration challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather needs, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience administering Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management in a detail-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of Atlassian platform configuration, governance practices, and operational standards.
• Hands-on experience developing integrations, enhancements, or custom solutions through APIs and related tools.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages used for automation and platform extension.
• Knowledge of workflow design, business process improvement, and configuration management principles.
• Familiarity with user administration, permission models, security controls, project configuration, and workflow management.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting capability, and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments.
• Atlassian certifications are valued, and strong communication skills across business and technical teams are preferred.
