Project Manager/Sr. Consultant
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to oversee complex ServiceNow programs and drive successful outcomes for enterprise initiatives on the East Coast. This Long-term Contract position calls for a confident leader who can align business priorities with technical execution while guiding cross-functional teams toward shared goals. The ideal candidate brings strong delivery governance, sound financial and schedule management, and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders, customers, and external partners throughout the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of enterprise ServiceNow engagements, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Act as the central coordination point for business leaders, technical resources, infrastructure teams, application teams, customers, and third-party vendors to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, detailed schedules, status reporting, and governance materials that provide clear visibility into progress and priorities.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and issues early, then drive mitigation strategies and resolution plans to minimize disruption to project objectives.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, go-live, and post-implementation follow-up.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and project meetings to support collaboration, remove blockers, and promote consistent execution across teams.
• Monitor project financials, resource plans, and scope changes to maintain control over budgets and ensure alignment with business expectations.
• Use tools such as Jira to track work, manage action items, and communicate project status to stakeholders in a clear and organized manner
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience delivering ServiceNow projects in a project management or consulting capacity.• Demonstrated success managing IT projects through the complete lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum practices and the ability to apply them effectively within enterprise delivery environments.
• Proven capability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• PMP certification or equivalent formal project management training is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across business and technical teams.
