AI Software Developer

We are seeking an AI Software Developer to help drive the next generation of AI-enabled business operations. This role is ideal for a developer or early-career AI engineer who enjoys solving real business problems, building practical solutions, and working directly with end users to improve how work gets done.

This role serves as the hands-on implementation partner for AI initiatives across the organization. You'll work closely with business teams to understand their workflows, identify inefficiencies, design AI-enhanced processes, and build solutions ranging from prompt libraries and automations to lightweight applications and integrations.

This is a highly visible role that combines software development, workflow engineering, AI enablement, and business process optimization.

This position is fully remote within the United States with occasional travel for team meetings and planning sessions.

As an AI Software Developer, you will embed with business teams to understand how work actually happens and identify opportunities where AI can create meaningful improvements. You'll help transform manual, repetitive, and high-friction processes into efficient AI-enabled workflows while maintaining appropriate human review and oversight.

This is not a traditional software development role focused solely on feature delivery. Success requires technical expertise, curiosity, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions.

You will partner with employees across operations, customer-facing teams, and technology functions to build solutions that deliver measurable productivity gains and operational improvements.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience
• Hands-on experience with:
• C#
• JavaScript
• SQL
• Demonstrated ability to build custom applications, tools, or automations that solve business problems
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QA fundamentals
• Experience using modern AI development and productivity tools such as:
• ChatGPT
• Claude
• Codex
• Other AI-assisted development platforms
• Solid understanding of data flow, application architecture, integrations, and information systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders to understand needs and develop solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI workflow automation platforms
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools
• Exposure to workflow automation technologies such as n8n or similar platforms
• Experience developing internal business tools and operational applications
• Knowledge of reporting, analytics, and business intelligence concepts
• Familiarity with API integrations and system connectivity
• Experience supporting digital transformation or process improvement initiatives
