Systems Administrator

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to support and enhance a modern end-user computing environment. This position focuses on maintaining core administration tools, securing Microsoft 365 services, and delivering reliable support for Windows and mobile devices. The role is ideal for someone who combines strong systems administration experience with a practical approach to automation, endpoint management, and emerging AI-driven technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Administer service desk and ticket management platforms to ensure timely issue tracking, resolution, and user communication.

• Manage remote monitoring, endpoint administration, and security tools, with preference for experience supporting NinjaOne and comparable platforms.

• Oversee Microsoft 365 technologies, including Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Autopilot, and configuration policy deployment.

• Support and maintain Windows endpoints as well as iOS and Android mobile devices across the organization.

• Configure and troubleshoot identity, access, and device compliance settings to strengthen security and user productivity.

• Develop and improve automation workflows using Python and Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate.

• Evaluate and apply modern AI and agent-based solutions, including large language model tools, to streamline support and administrative tasks.

• Collaborate with internal teams to implement operational improvements and support changes involving administrative platforms or technical proces

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in systems administration with strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Proficiency supporting Windows 10 devices and managing enterprise endpoint configurations.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Windows Intune in a business environment.
• Familiarity with service desk and IT management platforms such as ConnectWise, Kaseya, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of endpoint security and device management solutions in a corporate setting.
• Ability to support a mixed device environment that includes desktop systems and mobile endpoints.
• Exposure to automation or scripting, including Python or Microsoft Power Platform, is highly valued.
