M365 Solutions Architect

We are looking for an experienced M365 Solutions Architect to lead the design of cloud-based automation and reporting solutions in Westerville, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position focuses on creating scalable Microsoft ecosystem solutions that improve business processes, strengthen reporting capabilities, and support organizational decision-making. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of architecture expertise, hands-on delivery experience, and the ability to partner closely with stakeholders to turn business goals into practical technical outcomes.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the architecture and delivery of automation solutions across Azure and Microsoft Power Platform technologies, ensuring reliable and scalable outcomes.
• Create and enhance Power BI dashboards, reporting frameworks, and source integrations that provide clear insights for business teams.
• Develop end-to-end process automation using Power Automate while connecting solutions with Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure AD when appropriate.
• Work directly with business partners to identify needs, define technical approaches, and encourage successful adoption of new tools and processes.
• Define and enforce standards for governance, access control, security, and environment management throughout the Power Platform landscape.
• Offer technical direction to project teams by promoting sound architecture, strong documentation practices, and maintainable solution design.
• Contribute to delivery planning, scheduling discussions, and client communications by serving as a trusted technical advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a Solution Architect or senior architecture role focused on Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Hands-on success designing Power BI dashboards, building data models, and connecting reporting solutions to multiple data sources.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Practical experience working with Azure services such as IaaS, PaaS, Azure AD, Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and convert business objectives into scalable technical designs.
• Experience combining architecture leadership with active technical delivery and client-facing consulting responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and its use within broader Microsoft 365 and automation solutions.
