NetSuite Consultant

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Consultant to help strengthen and refine ERP reporting capabilities for a growing organization in Texas. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who can quickly evaluate current processes, improve reporting tools, and provide practical guidance to internal teams. The role is primarily remote and may include occasional travel to support onboarding and collaboration.

Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and improve NetSuite saved searches, dashboards, and operational reports to support business decision-making.
• Refine financial reporting layouts and statement structures to better align with organizational reporting needs.
• Advise stakeholders on effective use of NetSuite Analytics Warehouse and related analytics capabilities.
• Partner with business users to understand reporting goals and translate them into efficient NetSuite-based solutions.
• Lead training sessions for managers and end users to increase adoption of reporting and analytics tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve system usage, reporting accuracy, and overall platform efficiency through recommended best practices.
• Deliver high-quality solutions with limited ramp-up time while working independently in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with NetSuite administration, reporting, and platform optimization.
• Strong expertise in saved searches, dashboards, financial statements, and reporting configuration within NetSuite.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite Analytics Warehouse and its reporting applications.
• Ability to gather business needs and convert them into clear, functional reporting solutions.
• Strong communication skills with experience supporting user education and training.
• Comfortable managing priorities independently in a dynamic, project-driven setting.
• Willingness to travel periodically as needed, particularly during the initial phase of the engagement.
