About the Role

Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions across transformation programs.
Drive solution architecture and process optimization in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Margin Analysis (CO-PA), and Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC).
Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
Ensure seamless integration between Controlling, Finance, and Logistics processes.
Support end-to-end project delivery, including design, realization, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
Contribute to governance, best practices, and innovation in SAP Controlling and performance management.
Experience with processes/projects for clients in the Discrete Manufacturing Industry (DMI) is preferable

Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of hands-on experience in SAP Controlling consulting and implementation projects.
Deep expertise in CO-OM, Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA (Margin Analysis), and CO-PC.
Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Controlling and Finance transformation programs.
Strong understanding of cost accounting, profitability management, and management reporting processes.
Experience integrating SAP Controlling with Finance (FI) and Logistics processes (MM, PP, SD).
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, Asset Accounting, and Material Ledger.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience with SAP Project System (PS) is considered a strong advantage.
Business fluent German and fluent English.
Flexibility and willingness to travel.
