A global professional services organization is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to serve as a dedicated AI Subject Matter Expert and lead AI education, adoption, and enablement initiatives across the organization.
This individual will partner closely with the existing training team to help employees effectively adopt and utilize enterprise AI tools, including Harvey, Claude, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Grok, and other emerging AI platforms.
The ideal candidate combines deep, hands-on AI knowledge with strong training, presentation, and customer service skills. This person should be comfortable leading AI conversations with everyone from everyday end users to executives and senior leadership, translating complex AI concepts into practical, easy-to-understand guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the organization's AI Subject Matter Expert, providing practical guidance on AI tools, capabilities, workflows, and best practices.
- Lead AI training and enablement initiatives across the organization.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve AI training materials, user guides, presentations, and learning content.
- Create and deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions for users with varying levels of AI experience.
- Support the rollout and ongoing adoption of Harvey and other enterprise AI platforms.
- Train employees on effective prompting, prompt development, responsible AI usage, governance, and AI best practices.
- Educate users on token management and optimization, platform capabilities, and effective AI utilization.
- Provide guidance and education around tools including Harvey, Claude, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Grok, and related technologies.
- Support executive, partner-level, and other high-profile end users in a white-glove environment.
- Partner with the training team to incorporate AI learning content into the organization's Learning Management System (LMS).
- Help establish strategies and recommendations that drive AI adoption and effective usage throughout the organization.
- Stay current on emerging AI platforms, features, trends, and best practices and translate those developments into practical recommendations for users.
- Act as a trusted AI resource who can confidently answer questions and establish credibility with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with artificial intelligence and generative AI technologies.
- Experience with Harvey.
- Familiarity with Claude, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Grok, and other leading AI platforms.
- Experience training end users on AI tools, prompting techniques, best practices, governance, and token optimization.
- Experience developing professional training materials and delivering instructor-led training.
- Experience supporting enterprise AI adoption or enablement initiatives.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts in practical, easy-to-understand terms.
- Strong customer service skills with experience operating in a white-glove support environment.
- Experience working directly with executives, senior leadership, or other high-profile users.
- Ability to confidently lead AI discussions and quickly establish credibility as a subject matter expert.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
