About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design of enterprise Salesforce solutions in Cincinnati, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position will shape scalable platform strategies across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and connected systems while turning complex business needs into practical technical outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep architecture expertise, a strong command of healthcare-oriented integrations, and the ability to guide teams through both prototype development and full implementation delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture that supports business goals across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related platform capabilities.
• Create prototypes and production-ready solution approaches that help teams evaluate ideas, validate architecture decisions, and move initiatives toward delivery.
• Establish integration patterns that connect Salesforce with AWS services, enterprise databases, and healthcare platforms using secure, standards-based methods such as HL7.
• Provide technical direction to developers working with Apex, Lightning components, Flow, Agentforce automations, and Data Cloud integrations.
• Partner with platform engineering and DevOps stakeholders to enable reliable, event-driven integrations and streamlined deployment practices.
• Assess new Salesforce innovations, including generative AI and agent-based capabilities, and recommend practical adoption strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Ensure solutions meet security expectations, regulatory obligations, and healthcare data privacy requirements across the architecture lifecycle.
• Align delivery teams around technical standards, solution direction, and implementation best practices while supporting user story refinement and solution planning.
• Demonstrated success implementing Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce development and configuration tools, including Apex, Lightning components, Flow, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
• Experience designing Salesforce integrations with AWS services and external enterprise or healthcare systems.
• Familiarity with healthcare data exchange standards and integration approaches involving platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or HL7-based ecosystems.
• Understanding of AI-enabled Salesforce solutions, including generative or agentic use cases within integrated business environments.
• Ability to mentor developers, influence technical direction, and communicate architecture decisions clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and release tooling such as Copado, Flosum, or Jenkins is preferred.

Requirements
• 10+ years of relevant technology experience, including at least 8 years focused on Salesforce architecture and solution delivery.• Demonstrated success implementing Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce development and configuration tools, including Apex, Lightning components, Flow, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
• Experience designing Salesforce integrations with AWS services and external enterprise or healthcare systems.
• Familiarity with healthcare data exchange standards and integration approaches involving platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or HL7-based ecosystems.
