Dayforce Technical Owner
Lead a Major Dayforce Transformation
We’re looking for a Dayforce Technical Owner to take end-to-end ownership of a major HCM transformation. This is an opportunity for someone who has successfully led full-cycle Dayforce implementations and wants to become the go-to technical expert for a business-critical platform.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Dayforce implementation from requirements through go-live and optimization
- Own configuration across Payroll, Timekeeping, Time & Attendance, and Scheduling
- Design and manage integrations using Dayforce Integration Hub, APIs, SFTP, and middleware
- Lead data conversion, UAT, testing, deployment, and reconciliation
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, IT, and vendors
- Manage ongoing releases, enhancements, patches, and platform roadmap
- Troubleshoot integrations, payroll/timekeeping issues, and system performance
- Serve as the primary technical owner and drive continuous improvement

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on Dayforce experience
- Proven experience leading end-to-end Dayforce implementations
- Strong expertise in Payroll, Timekeeping, and Scheduling
- Experience with Dayforce integrations and technical architecture
- Workday experience, particularly HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, or Workday-to-Dayforce integrations
- Strong understanding of UAT, data migration, releases, and change management
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of the platform
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred: Dayforce certification, SQL, middleware/iPaaS experience, and experience supporting large or multi-state workforces.
