Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator to support and enhance a complex enterprise healthcare platform serving federal customers. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, security, support, and continuous improvement of Salesforce Health Cloud and related Salesforce environments.

The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce administration experience with direct, hands-on Health Cloud expertise, combined with knowledge of healthcare workflows, data models, security, integrations, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Salesforce Health Cloud, including users, profiles, permission sets, sharing, security, objects, Lightning pages, Flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Configure and maintain Health Cloud-specific functionality and healthcare data models supporting patient/member and provider workflows.
• Support Health Cloud data structures aligned with FHIR and healthcare interoperability standards. Salesforce's clinical data model is designed to align with FHIR, making this an important differentiator from general Salesforce administration. [help.salesforce.com], [help.salesforce.com]
• Manage Salesforce environments, sandboxes, configuration changes, deployments, and production support.
• Troubleshoot user, configuration, data, security, automation, and application issues.
• Partner with Salesforce developers, architects, DevOps engineers, integration engineers, QA, cybersecurity, and business teams.
• Support integrations between Health Cloud and EHR/EMR, API, data, and external healthcare systems.
• Maintain security, auditability, data access, and change-control standards within regulated healthcare/federal environments.
• Participate in testing, UAT, release management, documentation, and production validation.
• Monitor platform health, technical debt, adoption, data quality, and administrative best practices.

Requirements

Desired Experience

• 5+ years Salesforce administration/platform experience.
• 2+ years direct Salesforce Health Cloud experience strongly preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
• Health Cloud Accredited Professional or comparable Health Cloud credentials preferred.
• Experience with Health Cloud data models, Person Accounts, healthcare workflows, security, permissions, and clinical/member/provider data.
• Service Cloud and Experience Cloud experience preferred.
• Experience with Flow, Lightning, SOQL, Data Loader, reports/dashboards, and Salesforce security.
• Understanding of FHIR/HL7 and healthcare interoperability preferred.
• Experience within healthcare, federal government, payer, provider, life sciences, or other regulated environments.
• GovCloud/FedRAMP experience is a plus.
