Sr IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead IT integration programs from initial assessment through final implementation for newly acquired business entities.

• Create and manage detailed project roadmaps that define timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, and expected outcomes.

• Partner with infrastructure, security, networking, telecommunications, application, and business teams to align technical workstreams and priorities.

• Conduct technical discovery activities, including review of infrastructure assets, application landscapes, cloud services, endpoint environments, and network documentation.

• Develop integration strategies based on assessment findings, including plans for identity services, collaboration platforms, server environments, and cloud resources.

• Coordinate migration and modernization efforts across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Azure, file services, printing, Teams Voice, and endpoint deployment activities.

• Support application onboarding and transition efforts by working with business owners and external vendors to confirm readiness, compatibility, and licensing needs.

• Run project governance activities such as status meetings, executive updates, issue tracking, risk mitigation planning, and documentation management.

• Ensure completed initiatives meet security, compliance, and technical standards while preparing transition materials and operational handoffs for support teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, including large-scale infrastructure or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated background leading cross-functional programs involving scope control, scheduling, budget tracking, and resource coordination.
• Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Windows Autopilot.
• Working knowledge of Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, storage, backup, and broader cloud onboarding activities.
• Understanding of core infrastructure concepts such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, file services, print services, and basic Linux administration.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, wireless environments, firewalls, and network documentation.
• Experience with enterprise application migrations, SaaS integrations, identity federation, vendor coordination, and change management processes.
• Proficiency with project management tools and practices, including risk management, issue resolution, executive reporting, and Jira or similar platforms.
