HubSpot Implementation Specialist
About the Role
Full Time Remote Position in working for a smaller HubSpot Implementation Agency.
We are looking for a HubSpot Implementation Specialist to support client delivery projects with client companies throughout the United States.
In this role, you will translate solution plans into well-structured HubSpot environments, helping clients improve CRM usability, automation, and reporting. This position suits someone who enjoys hands-on system configuration, values precision, and can communicate clearly with both customers and internal project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Build and configure HubSpot solutions based on approved designs, ensuring each setup is organized, scalable, and aligned with client goals.
• Create and maintain CRM structures such as custom objects, properties, pipelines, and related data frameworks to support business processes.
• Develop automation within HubSpot, including workflows and process logic, to improve efficiency and consistency across sales and service operations.
• Produce dashboards and reports that give clients meaningful visibility into performance, activity, and operational outcomes.
• Support data migration efforts by preparing, mapping, validating, and importing information accurately into HubSpot.
• Coordinate and assist with system integrations that connect HubSpot with external platforms and business tools.
• Participate in client-facing sessions to gather details, explain system capabilities, and guide users through implementation decisions.
• Deliver user training and provide early-stage post-launch assistance to encourage adoption and resolve initial issues.
• Perform thorough testing and quality checks, including UAT support, to confirm that configurations function as intended before and after deployment.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of direct HubSpot implementation experience in a hands-on configuration role.• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, especially Sales Hub and Service Hub, with Marketing Hub experience considered beneficial.
• Experience designing CRM data structures, including object modeling, field configuration, and pipeline setup.
• Practical background in data migration planning, execution, and validation within CRM environments.
• Familiarity with integration planning and connecting HubSpot to other business systems.
• Ability to create business reports and dashboards that support decision-making and client visibility.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented approach with a strong quality assurance mindset and experience supporting user acceptance testing.
