WHAT YOU WILL NEED in this SENIOR SALESFORCE TEAM LEAD / SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR candidate:

* MUST HAVE: 2 years of SALESFORCE Team Lead – experience managing Salesforce resources.  

* Salesforce Administration 

*Be the SOLE & SENIOR Salesforce Administrator who can take FULL Ownership of the Salesforce org  

* Ownership! Serve as the senior administrator and day-to-day owner of triaging & setting priorities. 

* Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, formulas, validation rules, flows, automation, reports, dashboards, permissions, profiles, roles, and related system functionality. 

*Manage user setup, access, security settings, permissions, and role/profile changes in a manner that supports business needs while maintaining appropriate controls. 

* Provide timely support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users with urgency, accuracy, clear communication, and follow-through. 

Support integrations, installed packages, AppExchange tools

* Working with business units to better utilize Salesforce, Salesforce Design, Flows, Optimum Business Practices in a customized environment 

* MUST HAVE PREVIOUS Salesforce design experience to proactively ASSESS AND EXPLOIT businesses' inner Salesforce functions. 

* Using, future planning, development Salesforce workflows and Salesforce OPTIMIZATION Will be a large part of your job.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading Salesforce team members or coordinating Salesforce resources.

• Hands-on background in Salesforce administration within a business environment.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and prioritize work across a Salesforce org.

• Experience configuring Salesforce features, including automation, security, reporting, and user management.

• Knowledge of Salesforce implementations and platform configuration best practices.
