Salesforce Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities1️⃣

Scope & Change Governance

 Enforce disciplined backlog prioritization and structured change control.

 Conduct impact assessments before accepting scope modifications.

 Prevent mid-sprint expansion through phased implementation planning.

 Maintain delivery predictability across multiple workstreams.2️⃣

Integration & Dependency Management

 Identify cross-system dependency risks and integration breakpoints.

 Proactively manage rollback risks, reconciliation impacts, and data

inconsistencies.

 Coordinate closely with architecture and integration teams to ensure

technical alignment.

 Drive structured dependency mapping across Revenue Cloud and CMS

workflows.3️⃣

Data Migration & Reconciliation Oversight

 Ensure high-quality data migration standards without compromise.

 Oversee reconciliation strategy alignment across systems.

 Govern Medicaid attribution sensitivity and financial data accuracy.

 Validate readiness criteria before production cutover.4️⃣

Agile Delivery Execution

 Lead sprint planning, capacity planning, and milestone tracking.

 Translate technical impact into clear business communication.

 Maintain alignment between nonprofit healthcare stakeholders and

technical teams.

 Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) with

executive visibility.5️⃣

Cross-Functional Leadership

 Engage QA and integration stakeholders early in discovery for system

dependency alignment.

 Ensure integration-heavy SIT readiness planning.

 Provide structured communication and executive-level reporting.

 Serve as the central escalation point for multi-stream coordination.

 10+ years of experience in Salesforce delivery or Technical Project

Management.

 Proven track record managing multi-stream Salesforce implementations.

 Strong understanding of integration-heavy enterprise environments.

 Experience handling data migration governance and reconciliation-

sensitive programs.

 Deep familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks.

 Strong client-facing presence and structured communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience delivering programs involving Salesforce Revenue Cloud.

 Exposure to healthcare, CMS, Medicaid, or nonprofit sector

implementations.

 Experience managing high-visibility transformation programs.

 Understanding of financial lifecycle validation and system-of-record

boundaries.
