Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your RemoteCloud9 account and all associated personal data. This page explains what gets deleted, what is retained, and how to submit your request.
How to Request Deletion
Step 1
Send an email
Email techcare@remotecloud9.com from the address linked to your account.
Step 2
We verify your identity
We may ask you to confirm your identity to protect against unauthorised deletion requests.
Step 3
Data is deleted
We delete your account and personal data within 30 days of confirming your request.

What Gets Deleted
What May Be Retained
Some data may be retained after deletion for legal or operational reasons:
Anonymised, aggregated analytics (e.g. total job applications — no personal identifiers)
Retained for: Indefinitely
Transaction records if you made payments (required by tax law)
Retained for: Up to 7 years
Support correspondence if there is an ongoing dispute or legal claim
Retained for: Until resolved
Server access logs (IP address, timestamp) for security purposes
Retained for: 90 days
Google Account Data
If you signed in using Google, deleting your RemoteCloud9 account removes our association with your Google account. Your Google account itself is not affected.
If you had granted Gmail access (the "Scan Emails" feature), we do not store your email content. Revoking our access to your Google account directly is possible at any time via Google Account Permissions.

- Access — a copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Correction — fixing inaccurate information in your account
- Portability — your data in a portable, machine-readable format
- Restriction — limiting how we use your data
