Accountabilities: Design, implement, and maintain efficient and scalable data warehouse solutions using SQL, MySQL, and Vertica. Develop complex queries and procedures to support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Build and maintain reliable ETL pipelines that move and transform data across multiple systems. Use Python to develop data-driven applications, automate recurring tasks, and enhance data processing workflows. Design, develop, and maintain Airflow-based pipelines to orchestrate data workflows across different systems. Optimize data processing workflows and warehouse solutions for scalability, efficiency, and reliability. Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to support data requirements and deliver effective data engineering solutions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in data engineering or a related technical discipline. Strong experience with SQL, MySQL, and Vertica, including designing and maintaining scalable data warehouse solutions. Proven ability to develop complex queries and procedures for ETL and data transformation processes. Strong Python skills, particularly for data-driven application development, automation, and workflow enhancement. Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines. Experience with Airflow or similar workflow orchestration technologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to build reliable, scalable data solutions. Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment and collaborate with distributed technical teams. Benefits: Annual base salary range of USD $104,500 – $174,200 . 100% remote work arrangement from anywhere in the United States.
