Configuration & Declarative Development

  • Design and maintain Salesforce org configuration including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and permission sets
  • Build and optimize automation using Flows, and maintain legacy Process Builder/Workflow rules
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce using declarative tools, with emphasis on Flow (record-triggered, screen flows, scheduled flows), approvals, validation rules, page layouts, and Lightning App Builder to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.

  • Manage security model including profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission set groups

  • Optimize Integration Procedures and DataRaptors for performance, including bulk/cacheable configurations
  • Troubleshoot and debug OmniStudio components across environments

Custom / Programmatic Development

  • Write and consume REST/SOAP integrations and callouts to external systems
  • Author Apex unit tests meeting code coverage and quality standards

Delivery & Practices

  • Participate in the full SDLC: requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment
  • Use source control (Git) and CI/CD tooling (e.g., SFDX, Gearset, Copado) for deployments
  • Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, choosing appropriately between declarative and programmatic approaches
  • Document technical designs, data flows, and configuration decisions

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications (OmniStudio Developer/Consultant a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with both point-and-click configuration and Apex/LWC development
  • Demonstrated OmniStudio implementation experience
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities Requested:

  • Bachelor’s degree with preferred study in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or Engineering and a minimum of five (5) years of experience.
