Job Summary
The Managing Advisory Consultant – ServiceNow Integration Solution Architect is responsible for delivering strategic consulting services to clients, providing expertise across technology, risk, and business transformation initiatives. This role partners with clients to assess current environments, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations that align to business objectives. The Consultant plays a key role in driving high-value outcomes, strengthening client relationships, and supporting successful delivery of complex engagements.
What you will do
Deliver advisory and consulting services aligned to client business objectives and technology strategies.
Assess client environments, identify risks and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
Lead client engagements and ensure high-quality deliverables, outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and implement client-focused solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on technology transformation initiatives.
Develop executive presentations, reports, roadmaps, and recommendations that support business and technology goals.
Support project planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder communications.
Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, modernization, and operational optimization.
Mentor team members and contribute to the growth and development of consulting talent.
Participate in business development activities, including proposal development and client engagement support.
Define and govern the enterprise integration landscape across ServiceNow and key business systems, enabling secure, scalable, and maintainable interoperability.
Design integration architectures leveraging APIs, workflow orchestration, data architecture, security controls, and enterprise source systems.
Partner with stakeholders to align integration solutions with business processes, technical requirements, and long-term architectural objectives.
Establish integration standards and architectural best practices that reduce complexity, improve maintainability, and support future growth.
What we expect of you
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience delivering advisory or consulting services across ServiceNow or business environments OR 9+ years of experience delivering advisory or consulting services across ServiceNow or business environments.
Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, data architecture, workflow integration, security, and source systems.
Experience designing secure, scalable, and maintainable ServiceNow integration patterns across enterprise technology environments.
Business process understanding with the ability to translate business needs into practical solution architecture recommendations.
Strong solution consulting skills with the ability to advise clients on integration options, risks, dependencies, and long-term scalability.
ServiceNow architect-level credentials, plus significant integration architecture experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex client challenges.
Proven ability to develop and communicate strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements.
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Relevant certifications in consulting, technology, or risk disciplines, a plus.
Experience supporting digital transformation, risk, or advisory engagements, a plus.
Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members, a plus.
Recent experience integrating two of the following: Ansible, Kubernetes, GitHub CI/CD, Artifactory, Commvault, XSOAR, CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, DigiCert or Panorama.
Pay range: $132,000.00 - $193,200.00 depending on experience and skill set
Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan
