Accountabilities: Build complex, interactive UI experiences across web and application environments. Develop polished, responsive websites, landing pages, and internal tools that combine strong visual design with high-quality engineering. Create creative animations, transitions, interactions, and other dynamic experiences directly in code. Explore and develop visual concepts in Figma before translating them into web-native experiences. Contribute to creative initiatives spanning web, brand, product storytelling, and digital experiences. Translate creative ideas and prototypes into reliable, production-quality implementations. Use modern AI and agentic coding tools throughout the design process, from early exploration and experimentation through production implementation. Help maintain a high standard of visual quality, interaction design, craftsmanship, and technical execution across creative projects. Requirements: Strong visual design sensibility and a well-developed eye for composition, typography, interaction, and overall digital aesthetics. Strong frontend engineering skills with the ability to build polished, interactive web experiences. Proven experience creating end-to-end websites and landing pages. Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript. Experience using agentic coding tools as part of the design and development process, from exploring concepts to producing production-quality interactions. Ability to work comfortably across design and engineering, translating visual concepts into functional web experiences. Portfolio or professional profile demonstrating a broad range of technical capabilities, creative use of code, interaction design, and prototyping. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently take ownership of ambiguous creative and technical challenges. High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Ability to balance creative experimentation with reliable, maintainable implementation.
