Accountabilities: Support or lead activities related to software development, testing, quality assurance, release management, and agile methodologies, depending on the position and seniority level. Collaborate within multidisciplinary squads, contributing to continuous and high-value technology deliveries. Identify opportunities for improvement, analyze technical or functional challenges, and propose effective solutions. Contribute to strategic projects involving data, CRM, automation, integrations, digital experiences, and other areas of technology and innovation. Help maintain delivery quality while applying appropriate technical, functional, and agile practices. Continuously develop technical and behavioral capabilities according to the scope and seniority of the role.
