This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Security Tool Administrator based in India. This role is responsible for the reliable administration of critical enterprise cybersecurity platforms across a global environment. You will manage tools spanning vulnerability management, DLP, EDR, web filtering, URL governance, and cryptographic key management. The position combines hands-on platform administration with incident response, change management, upgrades, and operational support. You will help maintain secure, compliant, and highly available security services while meeting defined SLAs and operational standards. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and international stakeholders, particularly Japanese and English-speaking teams. You will play an important part in resolving security incidents, improving operational processes, and keeping security configurations accurate and current. Accountabilities Administer and maintain enterprise security platforms supporting vulnerability management, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), web filtering, URL management, and cryptographic key management. Configure and manage vulnerability scans, coordinate firewall blocking requests, and support vulnerability-management activities. Manage security-agent upgrades and evaluate the impact of ServiceNow patching and change activities on security platforms and endpoints. Administer Zscaler web filtering, including URL categorization, revocation, extension, deletion, and other lifecycle-management activities. Manage database encryption processes and cryptographic key operations within Key Management Systems (KMS). Administer Proofpoint DLP, including block/allow lists, email holds, and security-policy parameter changes. Manage CrowdStrike Falcon EDR environments, including client verification, server deployment, image upgrades, endpoint administration, and platform maintenance. Perform AIS verification and coordinate terminal and endpoint version upgrades across managed environments. Manage ADFS certificate renewals and coordinate software or platform upgrades with suppliers and group companies. Prepare accurate incident reports and respond to technical and operational requests related to managed security platforms. Participate in P1 Major Incident Management (MIM) conference bridges and contribute to timely incident investigation and resolution. Follow established operational procedures, SLAs, change controls, security policies, and compliance requirements. Coordinate with internal technology teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve security-tool issues. Maintain comprehensive operational documentation, configuration records, activity reports, and other relevant security administration materials. Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in security-tool administration, security operations, cybersecurity, or a closely related function. Strong practical experience administering CrowdStrike Falcon or comparable EDR platforms. Hands-on experience with Proofpoint DLP administration, configuration, and security-policy management. Good understanding of URL lifecycle management, including categorization, revocation, expiration, and configuration processes. Experience with AIS verification and terminal or endpoint version management. Knowledge of Key Management Systems, database encryption, and cryptographic key-management operations. Experience with vulnerability-scanning platforms and firewall rule-management processes. Practical knowledge of ServiceNow workflows for incident, change, patch, and operational management. Strong troubleshooting, incident-management, analytical, and operational problem-solving abilities. Experience working within enterprise security environments governed by SLAs, compliance requirements, change controls, and standardized procedures. Knowledge of SIEM platforms and security-alert triage is an advantage. Familiarity with AWS environments and Golden Image management is preferred. Certifications such as CrowdStrike CCFA, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL Foundation are desirable. Japanese proficiency at JLPT N3 level or above is preferred/required to communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders. Strong business-level English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams, manage multiple priorities, and contribute during major security incidents. High attention to detail, strong ownership and reliability, and a proactive approach to cybersecurity operations.
