This is a high-impact engineering role at the intersection of software development and go-to-market strategy. You’ll build production-grade systems that help Sales and Growth teams identify, prioritize, and engage high-potential accounts more effectively. The role combines engineering, data, automation, and experimentation to solve complex customer acquisition challenges. Accountabilities: Build and maintain internal tools, services, and automation systems that improve the productivity and effectiveness of Sales and Growth teams. Identify, develop, and operationalize creative data signals that help teams discover and prioritize high-potential accounts across existing and emerging market segments. Design and maintain data pipelines and integrations connecting external data sources, Salesforce, and other go-to-market systems. Design, build, deploy, and maintain reliable production applications while applying strong architectural, security, scalability, and reliability practices. Partner directly with Sales representatives and Growth leaders to understand workflows, identify operational friction, and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Rapidly prototype new ideas, launch experiments, measure business impact, and turn successful concepts into reliable and scalable systems. Contribute to the architecture, reliability, technical quality, and long-term maintainability of tools and applications developed across the Growth organization. Help scale customer acquisition by developing the technical infrastructure behind account sourcing, prioritization, engagement, and go-to-market operations. Requirements: Bring 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including experience designing, building, deploying, and maintaining production applications. Demonstrate strong system design fundamentals and the ability to make sound architectural decisions for reliable and scalable software. Have strong proficiency with a modern technology stack and hands-on experience building APIs, integrations, data pipelines, internal tools, or automation systems. Bring experience working directly with or alongside Sales, Growth, Marketing, Revenue Operations, or another go-to-market function, with an understanding of how commercial teams operate. Have familiarity with Salesforce and modern data, enrichment, automation, or related go-to-market technologies. Demonstrate strong business judgment and the ability to connect technical initiatives to customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and revenue outcomes. Bring a builder mindset and feel comfortable taking ambiguous problems from initial discovery through working solutions, experimentation, iteration, and production deployment. Experience with account prioritization, prospecting, data enrichment, intent signals, or sales automation is a plus. Experience with Snowflake or a modern cloud data stack is advantageous, as is experience using AI or LLM-based tools to accelerate internal workflows. Experience in B2B, SMB, marketplace, travel, or other high-growth technology environments is valued. Benefits: Base salary range of $135,150–$187,000 USD, with compensation determined by factors including experience, expertise, and location. Equity provided to all employees.
