Accountabilities: Collaborate with project teams to design, develop, and deliver process automation solutions that support clients’ digital transformation initiatives. Develop and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Apps, with a strong focus on Power Automate. Translate business and process requirements into practical, scalable, and efficient automation solutions. Apply programming knowledge to support automation projects and develop integrations or custom solutions when required. Contribute actively throughout the project lifecycle, from understanding requirements through implementation and delivery. Work closely with team members and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality technical solutions and successful project outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, optimization, and the effective use of technology. Stay current with emerging automation and digital transformation technologies and contribute ideas for improving project delivery. Participate in technical knowledge-sharing and collaborative development activities, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Requirements Completed university degree. At least 2 years of professional experience in process automation . Hands-on experience with Power Apps , particularly Power Automate . Knowledge of at least one programming language or scripting technology, such as .NET, Python, PHP, Java, C#, VBA, VBScript, or a comparable language. Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional and technical contexts. Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into practical automation solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable solutions. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a project team. Willingness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and approaches in a fast-moving digital environment. Nice to have: Knowledge of Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, or process automation concepts. Nice to have: Advanced Excel knowledge.
