This role owns the Lead-to-Opportunity domain within a complex Salesforce and go-to-market technology ecosystem. Accountabilities: Own and maintain a multi-quarter product roadmap for the Lead-to-Opportunity domain, covering lead capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, conversion, opportunity processes, and the broader GTM technology ecosystem integrated with Salesforce. Translate strategic priorities from Marketing, Sales Development, Revenue Operations, and GTM leadership into sequenced capabilities with clear outcomes, success metrics, and prioritization frameworks. Define quarterly and half-year priorities while balancing new capabilities, platform stabilization, technical debt, capacity, and business impact. Lead planning ceremonies in partnership with Engineering Managers and Business Systems Analysts, aligning team capacity with roadmap commitments and maintaining clear domain documentation. Serve as the primary product voice for Lead-to-Opportunity and GTM Systems initiatives, partnering with Marketing, Marketing Operations, SDR/BDR leadership, Sales, and Revenue Operations. Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and business process design activities, translating complex marketing and GTM needs into actionable system specifications. Resolve ambiguity between business requirements and technical implementation through structured decision-making, stakeholder alignment, documented trade-offs, and clear ownership. Represent the domain in cross-functional planning and leadership reviews, translating technical constraints for business stakeholders and business context for engineering teams. Mentor and develop Business Systems Analysts in product thinking, requirements definition, acceptance criteria, roadmap communication, and effective product practices. Establish reusable product practices, templates, rituals, and standards while gradually increasing BSA ownership of roadmap areas through structured coaching and feedback. Lead initiatives end-to-end across discovery, requirements, prioritization, solution design, UAT, launch, and post-launch measurement. Maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog, evaluating requests based on business impact and effort while clearly communicating prioritization decisions to stakeholders. Define and monitor success metrics such as lead response time, routing accuracy, lead-to-opportunity conversion, data quality, and SDR/BDR adoption. Identify and manage dependencies across campaign operations, data enrichment providers, sales handoffs, and adjacent technology domains before they affect delivery. Partner with Enterprise Architects and Engineering Managers on Salesforce and MarTech integrations, data enrichment pipelines, lead scoring and routing systems, API design, data models, and scalable integration patterns. Evaluate Salesforce and connected MarTech platform roadmaps to identify opportunities to leverage native capabilities before pursuing custom solutions. Maintain clear ownership and responsibilities across technical managers, BSAs, adjacent teams, and related technology domains as team structures and scope evolve. Requirements At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce product management, business systems analysis, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations technology, or a related field, with demonstrated progression into product ownership. Strong knowledge of Lead-to-Opportunity processes, including lead capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, conversion, and the connection between marketing execution and sales pipeline generation. Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and GTM technologies such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, lead scoring and routing tools, data enrichment platforms, and intent providers. Good understanding of quoting processes and how they connect with broader GTM and sales technology workflows. Demonstrated ability to own and communicate multi-quarter internal product roadmaps to senior business and technology stakeholders. Proven experience leading complex initiatives from discovery through launch and measurement while managing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and cross-functional dependencies. Sufficient technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering and architecture teams on APIs, data models, integrations, platform capabilities, and technical trade-offs without needing to write code. Experience mentoring or upskilling analysts or Business Systems Analysts, with a genuine interest in developing product capability and helping others grow. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical executives and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications. Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and decision-making abilities, with the confidence to drive alignment and bring unresolved issues to closure. Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and creating structure, processes, and direction where they do not yet exist. Experience with AI-assisted development or product workflows, data governance and compliance for lead data, or people management is a plus. Ability to connect product and technology decisions to measurable business and revenue outcomes. Benefits Annual base salary range of $104,800–$176,400 USD for eligible U.S. residents.
