Accountabilities: Design, develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems supporting Web3 wallet and blockchain-related products. Build services for on-chain data acquisition, parsing, indexing, processing, and analysis. Contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Work closely with blockchain engineers and cross-functional teams to implement and integrate blockchain technologies and new on-chain features. Investigate and resolve technical issues involving product functionality, blockchain interactions, system stability, and performance. Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to deliver new capabilities and continuously improve existing products. Participate in on-call rotations and support emergency incident response for owned systems. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. At least 3 years of experience in backend software development. Hands-on experience with Web3, blockchain, or wallet development, including familiarity with on-chain interactions, blockchain data structures, transaction flows, and smart contract integration. Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and major public-chain ecosystems, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and comparable architectures. Experience with Java and related backend frameworks is an advantage. AI engineering experience is highly valued, particularly with LLM applications, model optimization, or agent workflow integration. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex technical issues and contribute effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
