Accountabilities Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into secure, scalable, resilient, and appropriate technology solutions. Design and evolve technical and functional architectures, including macro-architectures and reference solutions. Evaluate non-functional requirements such as security, performance, technological continuity, product sustainability, team expertise, delivery timelines, and quality. Define architectural principles, standards, patterns, and best practices for application development and implementation. Identify opportunities to create reusable components and APIs, promoting their adoption across development teams. Govern reusable corporate components and establish consistent design standards and patterns. Produce and maintain strategic architecture documentation, including building blocks, reference architectures, and architectural standards. Develop and maintain the strategic vision for enterprise IT architecture, aligning technical decisions with broader business and technology objectives. Support technical and business teams in solution design and assist senior leadership with strategic technology decisions. Monitor architecture and reuse KPIs to evaluate adoption, effectiveness, and continuous improvement. Conduct proof-of-concepts with emerging technologies and evaluate new platforms and technology solutions for potential corporate adoption. Perform technical and financial feasibility assessments for technology initiatives and projects. Manage and contribute to innovation roadmaps, identifying technologies and approaches that can create long-term value. Act as a technical focal point for complex questions, architectural challenges, and critical decision-making. Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, helping them develop solutions while encouraging independent problem-solving. Requirements Proven experience in application architecture, solution architecture, and technical solution design. Strong communication, negotiation, planning, organization, and prioritization skills. Experience designing and supporting containerized microservices using Docker and Kubernetes. T-shaped technical profile, combining specialist expertise in one or more IT domains with broad knowledge across technology disciplines. Generalist knowledge of backend technologies such as Java or Python and frontend technologies such as Angular, enabling effective architectural decision-making. Experience with messaging and event-driven technologies such as RabbitMQ and Kafka. Strong knowledge of application architecture models and patterns, including DDD, BDD, microservices, microfrontends, design patterns, SOLID, Service Mesh, and Enterprise Integration Patterns. Practical experience with cloud-based application solutions, particularly AWS. Experience managing or contributing to innovation roadmaps and technology evolution strategies. Experience designing, planning, and guiding solution architecture across hardware, software, networks, data, and processes. Ability to analyze current and future organizational technology needs and evaluate and select technologies that support business objectives. Experience providing technical leadership to engineering teams, with the ability to guide teams toward solutions while maintaining appropriate decision-making direction. Strong ability to negotiate technical priorities, deadlines, requirements, and trade-offs with both technical and business stakeholders. Knowledge of Big Data and modern data solutions such as Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, ETL, BI, Data Mesh, and MLOps is desirable. Benefits Remote work model. Full-time employment.
