Accountabilities Provide functional support for the SAP SD module, analyzing and resolving incidents, problems, and service requests within an AMS environment. Lead project and enhancement activities, including requirements gathering, functional design, integrated testing, and production go-live support. Configure and optimize Sales & Distribution processes across SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments. Work with Fiori applications related to sales, billing, and customer service processes. Conduct impact analyses, prepare functional documentation, and develop functional specifications for ABAP developments. Coordinate and follow up on ABAP developments, ensuring that technical solutions meet functional and business requirements. Collaborate with internal business areas and external vendors to maintain technical and functional alignment. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing business processes and increasing operational efficiency. Requirements: Proven experience working with SAP SD in both AMS/support and project or enhancement environments. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including key simplifications, as well as SAP ECC. Hands-on experience with Fiori applications applied to SAP SD processes. Solid understanding of core SD processes, including sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, credit management, returns, taxation, and integrations with MM, PP, and FI. Experience preparing functional specifications and coordinating or following up on ABAP developments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex functional issues and assess business and technical impacts. Advanced English proficiency for professional communication with stakeholders and teams. Knowledge of IDocs, interfaces, BAPIs, and integrations with external systems is a plus. Experience with advanced S/4HANA Sales scenarios such as ATP, AATP, BRF+, and the new Credit Management is desirable. Experience with complex SAP SD Billing scenarios, including global electronic invoicing, NF3e, and integration with tax solutions, is desirable. Knowledge of SAP VMS, GTS, TM, EWM, or CRM is an advantage. Familiarity with SAP BTP, API integrations, CPI, or PI/PO is a plus. Experience with SAP Activate and agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe is desirable. Benefits: Fully remote opportunity within Brazil. PJ engagement model.
