Accountabilities Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), while developing reusable components and managing application state with Redux or Context API. Translate UI/UX designs into functional, mobile-responsive interfaces and ensure compatibility across modern browsers and devices. Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js, implementing business logic with a focus on performance, security, and scalability. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth, and integrate third-party APIs and services. Design and manage MongoDB databases, including schemas, indexes, aggregation pipelines, optimized queries, and data integrity processes, using Mongoose or native MongoDB drivers. Contribute to cloud and DevOps activities using platforms such as AWS, containerization with Docker, and CI/CD pipelines through tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues while helping maintain reliable and performant applications. Develop unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and consistently apply clean-code and engineering best practices. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver features on schedule. Requirements 3+ years of relevant experience in full-stack web development, with strong hands-on project experience considered alongside professional tenure. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB as the primary database technology. Demonstrated experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and developing complete web application features across frontend and backend layers. Solid understanding of Git, version control, collaborative development workflows, and software development best practices. Familiarity with AWS and core cloud concepts, with practical exposure to services such as EC2, S3, RDS, or Lambda. Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows is highly valuable. Good understanding of authentication, authorization, application security, scalability, and performance optimization. Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, GraphQL, microservices architecture, or PostgreSQL/MySQL is an advantage. Familiarity with OWASP and secure application development practices is a plus. Strong ownership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
