Accountabilities Design and implement feature-level test strategies and automation approaches for micro-segmentation and threat protection products. Own test execution and automation activities, ensuring comprehensive coverage, reliability, and repeatability. Identify and introduce appropriate testing tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency and outcomes. Collaborate with software engineering teams in Agile environments on code reviews, design reviews, test plans, and automation framework reviews. Partner with development teams to improve release quality, testing processes, and overall product reliability. Conduct performance and scale testing to validate the behavior of distributed security solutions under demanding conditions. Participate in customer installations and product demonstrations, providing technical testing support when required. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and quality practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, with relevant professional experience in software testing or development. Programming experience in Python and/or Golang, with the ability to develop reliable test automation. Hands-on experience with the Pytest framework or comparable Python-based testing frameworks. Experience working with at least one major cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, and REST APIs. Experience working with databases and SQL. Practical experience in Linux/Unix environments. Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins. Experience with performance, scalability, and distributed-system testing. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset. Ability to collaborate effectively with software engineers and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while taking ownership of testing initiatives. Benefits Fully remote work in India.
