Accountabilities: You will contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of a live mobile game, taking ownership of features and improvements while maintaining a high standard of quality and player experience. Develop client-facing gameplay features with a strong focus on UI, animations, visual polish, and overall user experience. Design and implement core gameplay improvements that enhance engagement and playability. Develop new meta features and systems that expand the game's experience. Enhance, maintain, and refine existing gameplay and technical systems. Bring innovative ideas and creative approaches to gameplay features while adapting them to the game's established experience. Contribute to game design decisions and help translate concepts into polished, playable experiences. Participate in testing, iteration, and refinement based on player feedback and team insights. Collaborate closely with designers, developers, artists, and other specialists in a multidisciplinary environment. Identify and resolve technical challenges while maintaining strong performance and optimization. Take ownership of projects and features according to your individual strengths and areas of expertise. Contribute to maintaining high technical and creative standards across the game. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a hands-on game developer with strong Unity and C# expertise, proven mobile game experience, and a passion for building polished and entertaining player experiences. 5+ years of professional experience working with C# and Unity. Proven track record of developing and shipping successful mobile games. Strong understanding of gameplay development and the casual mobile gaming market. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimization, performance, and technical quality. Experience developing UI, animations, gameplay systems, or other player-facing features. Exceptional expertise in a specialized area such as animation, particle systems, shaders, architecture, performance optimization, or networking is a strong advantage. Creative and hands-on approach to development, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to contribute ideas and make practical decisions in a fast-moving game development environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with senior, multidisciplinary teams and take ownership of assigned features.
