Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, and other appropriate cloud-agnostic tooling. Automate infrastructure operations using PowerShell, Azure CLI, AWS CLI, and native cloud automation services to improve consistency and reduce manual effort. Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, and performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, AWS CloudWatch, and other observability tools. Design and enforce cloud security controls based on Zero Trust principles and consistent multi-cloud security practices. Manage Azure RBAC, AWS IAM policies, identity controls, secrets governance, encryption, and key lifecycle management. Work with Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, Azure Key Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, and related identity and security technologies. Conduct security assessments and remediate findings from vulnerability scans, cloud security posture tools, and policy compliance reviews. Work a schedule providing approximately 4–5 hours of daily overlap with US Central Time and support planned after-hours maintenance and DR activities. Requirements: 6+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with strong expertise in at least two major cloud platforms; Azure experience is required and AWS is strongly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in cloud security, including RBAC/IAM, Zero Trust principles, secrets management, encryption, and identity governance. Working knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM). Strong cloud networking experience covering virtual networks, routing, firewalls, load balancing, DNS, private DNS, and network segmentation across Azure and AWS. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across compute, storage, networking, identity, and hybrid connectivity layers. Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates. Experience automating cloud infrastructure and operational processes using PowerShell, Azure CLI, AWS CLI, or comparable tools. Familiarity with cloud monitoring and observability platforms including Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and AWS CloudWatch. Strong understanding of infrastructure security, reliability, availability, capacity management, and operational best practices. Knowledge of IT service management practices, ITIL, and change management processes is an advantage. Benefits: Permanent, full-time position with a remote working arrangement in India. Opportunity to work across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and hybrid infrastructure environments. Exposure to large-scale cloud architecture, security, networking, automation, and disaster recovery initiatives. Opportunity to contribute to cloud migration and adoption projects within a globally distributed technology environment. High level of technical ownership and autonomy in a senior infrastructure engineering role. Opportunities to work with modern Infrastructure as Code, automation, monitoring, and DevOps technologies. Professional development opportunities through exposure to multi-cloud technologies and industry-recognized cloud certifications.
