The Work:
A ServiceNow Technical Architect designs and articulates robust, scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and guiding clients through their digital transformation journey.
Responsibilities:
- Within the ServiceNow group, the ServiceNow Technical Architect is an experienced architect and innovator of solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform and can describe the solutions with ease.
- An experienced advisor to the C-Suite, crafting the best solutions to meet their business needs.
- Provide leadership and oversight on critical ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients.
- Excels at developing prototypes and providing demonstrations of ServiceNow solutions to client.
- Analyze client environments, complete assessments, and create roadmaps to help clients understand the path to transform their ServiceNow environment and improve business value.
- Able to identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress
- Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
- Create technical architecture diagrams and documentation
- Design and build technical frameworks and re-usable building blocks (accelerators)
- Complete hands-on development of complex solutions for our clients.
- Guide and provide mentorship to ServiceNow Developers.
- Influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems
- Strong experience in leading solution design, creating estimates, developing implementation plans and building proposal response information for new opportunities
- A strong desire and commitment to grow ServiceNow skills and knowledge through formal training, mentorship and hands-on experience
- Dedicated to staying current with major platform releases by ensuring all delta exams are completed in a timely manner
Basic Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or college diploma in a business-related field
- Minimum 6 years knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development & Technical Architecture capacity.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience directly driving IT transformation & strategy planning, preferably in a high-tech consulting environment.
- Ability to demonstrate advanced scripting skills – JavaScript, SQL
- Experienced with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban & Wagile.
- At least two ServiceNow mainline certifications
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
Nice to have:
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) designation
- Eligible for reliability clearance
- Bilingual ( French and English)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
