Accountabilities: Partner with technical leadership and engineering teammates to prioritize initiatives and execute against the product roadmap. Design, develop, test, and own complex features and software components across the full stack. Build robust, scalable, maintainable, and well-tested applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. Contribute to system design and architectural decisions, balancing product requirements with scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Help establish engineering standards, development practices, and technical foundations that support a high-performing engineering culture. Collaborate closely with Design and Operations teams to identify opportunities and continuously improve the product experience. Take ownership of ambiguous technical and product problems, driving solutions from initial exploration through implementation and delivery. Work effectively with senior technical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in a distributed, remote-first environment. Requirements: 5+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 1 year contributing to system design or software architecture. Strong full-stack development experience with TypeScript and JavaScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend. Strong React experience building modern, production-quality frontend applications; both balanced full-stack and frontend-leaning profiles are well suited. Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications using Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Practical experience using MongoDB as an application database. Experience working with BigQuery for analytics, querying, and working with large datasets. Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Ability to independently own ambiguous problems, make sound technical decisions, and deliver complete end-to-end solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with senior technical leaders and cross-functional teams. Comfortable working remotely from the Americas and collaborating effectively within a distributed engineering organization. Interest in AI-focused product engineering is a plus.
