Key responsibilities include:

Configure, build, test, and support WorkForce Software Time & Attendance solutions.
Develop and implement system enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
Leverage platform configuration and declarative capabilities to deliver efficient business solutions.
Support application deployments and production releases, including planning, testing, and execution activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing application support to ensure system stability and performance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1 year of experience working with WorkForce Software Time & Attendance or related workforce management solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience supporting software configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
Understanding of business process design and optimization methodologies.
Exposure to workforce management, timekeeping, scheduling, or payroll processes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Demonstrated commitment to learning new technologies and delivering innovative solutions.
