Accountabilities: Lead and supervise the quality assurance function, ensuring consistent application of quality standards and best practices. Manage, support, and develop QA team members while fostering a collaborative and performance-focused environment. Apply established quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes to monitor and improve quality outcomes. Review performance metrics and prepare relevant reports to track QA performance and identify improvement opportunities. Analyze quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address quality concerns and support operational objectives. Communicate quality expectations, findings, and improvement initiatives clearly to relevant stakeholders. Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen QA processes, workflows, and team performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role. Strong leadership and people-management skills, with experience managing and developing a team. Extensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, processes, and industry best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to identifying and resolving quality issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders toward quality-focused outcomes. Experience working with performance metrics, quality reporting, and data-driven performance monitoring. Strong attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
