About the role
The Salesforce Certified Administrator role is focused on ensuring the health, security, governance, and adoption of a Salesforce platform that supports Sales, Marketing, and business operations.
This role supports Salesforce administration, automation, data integrity, reporting, system updates, integrations, and user enablement across cross-functional teams.
As Salesforce Certified Administrator, you will partner with stakeholders to streamline business processes, optimize workflows, strengthen platform governance, and support ongoing adoption through training, documentation, and responsive user support.

• Ensure the health, security, and governance of the Salesforce instance through best practices and compliance standards.
• Manage Salesforce administration, including user access, security settings, workflows, Process Builder, and Flows.
• Maintain data integrity, de-duplication, and data security policies.
• Support Salesforce audits, system updates, release management, and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for Sales, Marketing, and business teams.
• Implement standard data management practices to improve data accuracy and usability.
• Analyze Salesforce data to provide insights that inform business decisions and optimize processes.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance workflows and operational efficiency.

• Drive Salesforce adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing user support.

You will likely be successful in this role if you have:
• Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Valid, active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience within a consulting, systems integration, or implementation services environment is highly preferred.

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools, including Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.

• Proven relationship-building and collaboration skills across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, responding to challenges with professionalism and composure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including user training and support.

How You Work

• You are organized and responsive, able to manage requests, system updates, stakeholder needs, and process improvements without losing sight of quality or detail.
• You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users, helping teams understand how to use Salesforce effectively and consistently.

Bonus Points If You Have
• Additional Salesforce certifications beyond Salesforce Certified Administrator.
• Experience supporting Salesforce in a consulting, systems integration, or implementation services environment.
• Experience with Analytics Studio, Tableau, or other reporting and analytics tools.
• Experience managing Salesforce integrations with third-party technologies.
• Experience supporting Salesforce adoption, training programs, documentation, or enablement for business users.

What Success Looks Like
