Work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to understand needs and translate them into effective SaaS solutions. Contribute to the implementation and delivery of Oracle-focused SaaS solutions, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle, from requirements definition through implementation and delivery. Analyze complex technical and business challenges and recommend practical, innovative solutions. Support the development of next-generation products and solutions in collaboration with customers and technical teams. Contribute to a high-quality customer experience by ensuring that proposed solutions meet expectations and deliver measurable value. Stay adaptable to evolving technologies, customer requirements, and implementation approaches in a fast-moving technology environment. Requirements Proven experience in software engineering, solution architecture, SaaS implementation, or a closely related technical discipline. Strong understanding of software solution design and the ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures. Experience working with Oracle technologies or SaaS solutions is highly relevant to the role. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to addressing complex technical challenges. Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences. Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while taking ownership of responsibilities and deliverables.
