Accountabilities Translate ambiguous business challenges into practical AI solutions and rapidly develop working prototypes. Partner directly with business stakeholders to discover, clarify, and define problems rather than simply implementing predefined requirements. Build and iterate AI solutions using modern development and AI-assisted coding tools, including Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and GitHub Copilot. Develop full-stack solutions spanning front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and AI orchestration. Design and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including RAG architectures, AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt engineering. Take successful prototypes through refinement and development toward scalable, production-ready enterprise solutions. Regularly demonstrate working solutions to stakeholders, gather feedback, and rapidly incorporate improvements. Work within enterprise AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements while maintaining delivery speed. Help identify emerging AI capabilities and determine how they can be applied to solve real-world business problems. Requirements Strong hands-on experience building AI solutions, with substantial practical experience using Claude Cowork . Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot . Strong knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and implementation patterns. Experience designing and developing RAG architectures, AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt-engineering solutions . Strong full-stack development capabilities, including Python, React, and/or Next.js . Experience developing and integrating APIs and enterprise systems. Familiarity with AI development frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, or PydanticAI . Experience taking AI prototypes from experimentation through production in enterprise environments. Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and AI solutions directly to business stakeholders. Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where experimentation and rapid iteration are essential. Strong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity, ownership, and a builder-oriented mindset. Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable, particularly with FHIR/HL7, claims workflows, clinical operations, revenue cycle management, HIPAA, or GxP . Benefits Salary range of $150,000–$200,000 per year . Remote work opportunity within the United States.
