Accountabilities: Partner closely with Solution Architects to design and deliver successful enterprise contact center solutions that align technical capabilities with customer requirements and business objectives. Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews, helping stakeholders identify requirements, evaluate processes, and translate needs into practical technical solutions. Define technical approaches for functional user stories and develop hands-on solutions using sound programming principles, AWS best practices, and scalable solution designs. Configure and implement Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions, including integrations and supporting cloud services required for enterprise contact center environments. Lead development teams by distributing technical tasks, reviewing code, providing guidance, and maintaining high standards for solution quality, security, and maintainability. Deliver technical training and documentation for end users and stakeholders, ensuring solutions are understandable, supportable, and effectively adopted. Take ownership of the technical direction on enterprise-level projects, exercising independent judgment and driving delivery with minimal direction while troubleshooting complex technical challenges. Requirements: Demonstrated hands-on software development experience with technologies such as Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js, with strong programming fundamentals and the ability to write production-quality code. Experience building integrations across multiple systems and working with REST APIs, JSON, and related integration technologies. Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities, with experience using AWS CloudWatch and logging tools to investigate and resolve technical issues. Hands-on experience with AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Lambda integrations, CI/CD practices, and Infrastructure as Code. Proven experience architecting and building Amazon Connect solutions, ideally within enterprise contact center environments. Familiarity with AWS services commonly used in contact center solutions, including DynamoDB, Step Functions, EventBridge, and S3, is valuable, particularly for candidates without direct Amazon Connect experience. Strong communication, technical leadership, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and lead technical teams through complex enterprise projects. Experience with workforce management, CRM, contact center platforms, WebRTC, SIP, Contact Flows, Lex, contact center routing, or other platforms such as Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or Twilio is a plus. Advanced AWS and cloud architecture knowledge, Salesforce Service Cloud familiarity, and relevant certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Developer, AWS Solutions Architect, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Platform Developer are advantageous.
