This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Data & Reporting Professional based in the United States. This is a senior healthcare analytics role supporting a large-scale Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) program through advanced reporting, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll transform complex clinical, operational, quality, and financial data into actionable insights that support program oversight and continuous improvement. Accountabilities: Develop and maintain operational, clinical, quality, compliance, and executive dashboards supporting the LTSS program and its performance objectives. Integrate, reconcile, and validate information from multiple healthcare and operational systems, including care management platforms, quality monitoring tools, provider networks, claims data, assessment systems, and regulatory reporting sources. Create recurring and ad hoc reports that support operational performance management, regulatory compliance, quality improvement initiatives, strategic planning, and leadership decision-making. Monitor key LTSS performance indicators, including Health Risk Assessments, InterRAI assessments, Nursing Facility Level of Care Determination (NFLOCD) completion, Person-Centered Service Plans, Integrated Care Team participation, HCBS utilization, care management productivity, and state quality measures. Develop reporting and monitoring tools that support ongoing compliance with contractual and program requirements. Partner with LTSS leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify emerging trends, operational risks, performance barriers, and opportunities for process improvement. Translate complex analytical findings into executive summaries, presentations, dashboards, and actionable recommendations for program leadership. Support state audits, regulatory inquiries, readiness reviews, corrective action plans, and other compliance activities through detailed data analysis and reporting. Serve as a subject matter expert for LTSS analytics, operational reporting, performance measurement, and data interpretation. Work independently on moderately complex to complex analytical assignments, exercising sound judgment in determining appropriate approaches, objectives, and solutions. Collaborate with Care Management, Utilization Management, Quality, Finance, Compliance, Provider Operations, and Market Leadership teams to ensure reporting aligns with business and program priorities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, reporting, managed care, population health, Medicaid, or a related healthcare environment. Demonstrated experience working with large, complex healthcare and operational datasets and translating data into meaningful business insights. Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including dashboard development, data modeling, complex reporting, and analytical functions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate variable factors and independently develop appropriate approaches to complex assignments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical, operational, and executive stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and reporting requirements. Master’s degree in healthcare, business, analytics, public health, or a related discipline is preferred. Experience supporting LTSS, HCBS Waiver, Medicaid, D-SNP, HIDE, FIDE, or integrated care programs is highly desirable. Advanced experience with SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or other business intelligence and analytics platforms is a plus. Knowledge of Michigan SNP contract requirements and LTSS operational processes is preferred. Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment while maintaining appropriate safeguards for protected health information and HIPAA-related requirements. Reliable home internet access is required, with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed, along with a dedicated workspace suitable for handling confidential information. Benefits Fully remote position available nationwide in the United States. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week , typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time . Annual base salary range of $73,400–$100,100 , with actual compensation determined by geographic location, skills, experience, education, certifications, and other job-related factors.
