Accountabilities Own the full endpoint lifecycle across macOS, Windows, Linux/Ubuntu, and BYOD mobile devices, including procurement, provisioning, configuration, refresh, secure retirement, and device wiping. Administer and optimize Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms to enforce configuration standards, patching, encryption, and compliance requirements across a distributed fleet. Manage Okta SSO, including application integrations, user provisioning and deprovisioning, access policies, and identity-related controls in collaboration with Information Security. Deliver endpoint support through Jira Service Management, triaging, resolving, and escalating incidents while improving workflows, request types, automation, and knowledge-base resources. Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring devices and access are provisioned efficiently for new hires and fully reclaimed and secured when employees depart. Monitor and strengthen endpoint security posture through endpoint detection and response, disk encryption, patch compliance, configuration hardening, and remediation of identified gaps. Maintain accurate device inventory and asset records, including ownership, warranties, lifecycle status, and compliance information. Apply AI-assisted tools and automation to provisioning, support triage, reporting, and other endpoint workflows to increase operational efficiency without proportionally increasing headcount. Partner with Information Security on audits, access reviews, compliance activities, and evidence collection, with strong emphasis on least-privilege access and auditability. Develop and maintain technical standards, runbooks, documentation, and self-service resources that make endpoint operations consistent, scalable, and easy to maintain. Identify recurring problems, dependencies, edge cases, and opportunities for improvement, replacing manual processes with reliable automation wherever practical. Use internal productivity and workflow tools to manage, measure, and continuously improve IT operations. Requirements 3+ years of experience in endpoint management, IT operations, desktop support, device management, or a related discipline, preferably within a remote-first environment. Hands-on experience administering Unified Endpoint Management platforms such as Jamf, Kandji, or Microsoft Intune across macOS, Windows, iOS/iPadOS, Android, and Linux. Practical experience administering Okta SSO, including application integrations, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access policies. Experience delivering IT support through Jira Service Management, including workflows, request types, ticket management, and automation. Professional experience within a SaaS or technology company and familiarity with supporting distributed or remote workforces. Solid understanding of endpoint security concepts, including EDR, disk encryption, patch management, configuration hardening, and compliance monitoring. Working knowledge of identity and access management principles, including least-privilege practices. Hands-on experience using AI tools or AI-assisted automation to improve IT or endpoint operations. Strong troubleshooting and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to understand dependencies, diagnose complex issues, and anticipate failure modes. Excellent communication and customer-service skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical colleagues clearly and patiently. A strong bias toward automation, continuous improvement, and eliminating repetitive manual work. Experience working in high-growth environments where priorities and requirements evolve quickly. Scripting experience with Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies is a strong plus. Must be based in North America and able to work core hours aligned with the Eastern or Central time zones. Strong documentation, organization, ownership, and problem-solving abilities.
