This is a strategic Revenue Operations leadership role focused on optimizing CRM systems, Quote-to-Cash processes, and revenue technology across a global SaaS environment. Accountabilities Own the vision and roadmap for Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and supporting revenue technology, driving improvements in process efficiency, automation, scalability, governance, and user experience. Partner with IT, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other stakeholders to design, prioritize, and deliver system enhancements and integrations aligned with go-to-market strategies. Improve CRM architecture, data governance, system performance, and user adoption while maintaining high standards of data quality across global teams. Collaborate with Revenue Strategy and Analytics teams to ensure systems support accurate forecasting, segmentation, reporting, and performance insights. Evaluate and optimize the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle, including lead management, quoting, contracting, billing, and renewals, to improve speed, accuracy, visibility, and operational efficiency. Partner with Finance, Legal, and Product Operations to align pricing, packaging, order management, and related workflows across the revenue lifecycle. Lead process improvement and automation initiatives that reduce manual work and improve data flow between Salesforce, CPQ, billing, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Support system architecture and integration initiatives that enable seamless handoffs between Go-to-Market (GTM), Finance, Customer Success, and other business functions. Act as a key operational partner to Revenue Strategy, supporting strategic projects, analytics enablement, and business transformation initiatives. Translate business requirements into actionable system and process improvements while ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with organizational priorities. Lead change management and organizational readiness activities associated with new tools, workflows, systems, and go-to-market models. Develop operational playbooks, documentation, training materials, and enablement programs to support consistent adoption of processes and technologies. Oversee planning and execution of system-related projects using structured project management practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation technologies, including Salesforce Einstein, N8N, Gong, and ChatGPT integrations, to improve forecasting, productivity, efficiency, and decision support. Partner with IT teams and external vendors to evaluate and implement technologies that enhance Sales and Revenue Operations capabilities. Monitor system performance and user feedback to proactively identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement. Lead cross-functional initiatives effectively without direct ownership of business KPIs, influencing stakeholders and coordinating execution across multiple teams. Requirements Bring at least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or a closely related field, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Demonstrate deep expertise in Salesforce administration and optimization, including Salesforce CPQ and integrations with ERP and billing platforms. Have a proven track record of leading system enhancement initiatives, process improvement programs, and cross-functional operational projects. Possess a strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, sales lifecycle management, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) revenue models. Demonstrate strong knowledge of SaaS subscription and recurring revenue business models. Have experience translating complex business requirements into scalable technology, process, and systems solutions. Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Finance, IT, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. Be experienced in leading cross-functional initiatives where success depends on influence, alignment, and execution rather than direct ownership of business metrics. Experience with Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) is preferred. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and structured project management methodologies is preferred. Exposure to AI and automation tools supporting Sales or Revenue Operations is preferred, along with a demonstrated willingness to apply emerging technologies to business challenges. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to balance strategic priorities with hands-on operational execution. Be comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments involving multiple stakeholders, evolving priorities, and complex organizational structures. Demonstrate an AI-forward mindset and willingness to use AI technologies to improve efficiency, solve business problems, contribute innovative solutions, and continuously develop knowledge of emerging tools and practices.
