Accountabilities: Develop, maintain, and improve data management processes and technical solutions using Python, SQL, Databricks notebooks, Azure DevOps pipelines, Power BI dashboards, and process automation . Analyze complex data challenges and critically assess situations to identify data quality issues, process limitations, and improvement opportunities. Conduct detailed research and analysis using data sources, dashboards, and other available resources to identify trends, inconsistencies, and operational gaps. Support internal and external partners by investigating data issues, conducting root cause analysis , and recommending practical and sustainable resolutions. Design and implement improvements to data processes, workflows, reporting solutions, and data quality practices. Develop clear and actionable dashboards and reporting solutions that enable stakeholders to understand performance and make informed decisions. Apply statistical and analytical techniques, including machine learning methods where appropriate, to identify patterns and support data-driven decision-making. Present complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure solutions address business requirements. Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and continuous improvement across data management practices. Support data integrity and compliance initiatives within a healthcare data environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of professional experience using Python for data analysis, data quality, analytics, or related data management activities. At least 2 years of experience applying statistics and machine learning techniques to practical data problems. At least 2 years of experience building dashboards and reporting solutions , preferably using Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms. Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities, with the ability to work with complex datasets and identify quality or process issues. Experience developing data solutions, scripts, queries, automations, and analytical workflows. Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills, with the ability to turn complex data challenges into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Collaborative mindset with a demonstrated interest in process improvement and data innovation. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred. A Master's degree in a technical field is preferred. Experience with Git or other version control platforms is an advantage. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available for this position . For remote work, candidates must maintain a dedicated workspace that protects confidential healthcare information and have reliable internet connectivity meeting the required minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload . Occasional travel for training or meetings may be required despite the remote work model. Benefits: Annual base salary of $78,400–$107,800 , depending on geographic location, qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and other job-related factors.
