This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist based in United States. This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations within complex client environments supporting federal missions. You will translate business and mission requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions while providing deep technical expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle. Working with Agile and DevSecOps teams in a fully remote environment, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and technical teams. The position offers the opportunity to configure and customize ServiceNow modules, build workflows and business rules, and create intuitive workspaces, portals, dashboards, and reports. Accountabilities Deliver the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution development through deployment and capability demonstrations. Work effectively within Agile teams and DevSecOps methodologies while collaborating virtually with distributed technical and client-facing teams. Develop a strong understanding of customer business processes, operational challenges, and mission requirements to translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. Coordinate with client stakeholders to gather, clarify, prioritize, and implement functional and technical requirements on the ServiceNow platform. Provide senior-level technical expertise and guidance on implementation questions, platform capabilities, configuration decisions, and technical challenges. Implement ServiceNow modules and solutions across multiple customer environments while maintaining quality, consistency, and alignment with business requirements. Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including business rules, workflows, UI actions, reports, dashboards, workspaces, and user portals. Develop and manage ServiceNow Service Portal pages and widgets, ensuring that solutions provide effective and intuitive user experiences. Create and configure ServiceNow Workspaces to support customer workflows, operational processes, and mission requirements. Deliver in-progress and final demonstrations of implemented ServiceNow capabilities to client stakeholders, clearly communicating functionality and business value. Apply strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to identify implementation challenges and develop practical solutions within complex client environments. Support continuous improvement and business growth by identifying opportunities to expand the value and capabilities of ServiceNow solutions for customers. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate degree is required; a degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Operations Research, Mathematics, or a related discipline is preferred. 10+ years of overall professional work experience is required. 5+ years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, or implementing the ServiceNow platform or its applications is required. Demonstrated experience implementing and deploying ServiceNow modules within client environments using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and experience applying them to meet real-world client requirements. Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Business Rules and scripting capabilities within the platform. Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow Service Portal pages and widgets is preferred. Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow Workspaces is preferred. Experience implementing Customer Service Management (CSM) and at least one additional ServiceNow module, such as Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), or Integrated Risk Management (IRM), is preferred. Experience implementing ServiceNow solutions for clients within the U.S. Federal Government is strongly preferred. Experience applying Human-Centered Design principles to ServiceNow implementations is valued. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is preferred. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist — Customer Service Management (CSM) certification is preferred. Strong requirements-analysis, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are essential. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Agile teams and client stakeholders in a fully remote environment. Willingness to travel occasionally within the Continental United States (CONUS) as required. Benefits Target salary range of $102,000–$187,000 . Fully remote work model within the United States.
